What should you wear?
Be sure to wear something comfortable. Loose fitting clothing is ideal.

I don't know what to expect?
If you are new to acupuncture, it can be a little nerve racking not knowing what to expect, but trust me I will do everything I can to make you feel comfortable, I will explain in as much detail as you'd like what the treatment plan is and how I would like to treat you. You are in a safe place to ask questions at any time. The more we communicate the better!
